Assembly and Welding
FRONIUS, LINCOLN ELECTRIC
No matter what the welding task is - MIG/MAG, TIG and electrode welding. TransSteel equipment with pulsed arc, "spot mode" enabling to place welding spots at regular intervals and “4-step mode” particularly suitable for welding in the higher power range.

Laser Cutting

Thin sheet metal

The Nozzle Control Tool (NCT) makes it possible to center nozzles quickly and reliably. KerfScan checks the cutting process when flame cutting steel, detects problems, and solves them. This ensures a stable process without operator interaction.
Up to 25 mm thickness
A high laser power increases productivity, improves cutting quality, and allows even thicker sheet metal to be machined economically. An essential component for high-power cutting is the right cutting head

Bystronic XACT SMART 160 tons
The Xact Smart press brake has the ability to bend simple angles to complex parts, creating a high degree of flexibility for fast job changes and for use as a fixed bending station with bending lengths of 10 ft or 12 ft.

Extremely small bending on large diameters
Make parts you thought were impossible!
Even on large diameters we can offer extremely small bending radius while maintaining a design level aesthetic finish, for example 110 mm stainless steel tube curved with an average radius of 90 mm
Round or Special Section Tubes
Not only round, square, or rectangle, with ELECT you can also bend special profiles.
The modular die maintains uniformity along the entire curve, whatever section you are working on with the certainty of always having accurate results.
BLM ELECT 80
ELECT is an all-electric tube bender configured with bending capability of tubes up to 150 mm diameter.
VGPNext graphic visual programming allows you to go from design to production in one-click. All movements are managed by an electric axis. Set-up is automatic, and all position and power parameters are saved together with the part program
Sawing
It's a robust, reliable and fully automated machine for extremely efficient continuos, unmanned, saw cutting operations.
Two at a time
Not just two bars but four different lengths cut on the same bar. With the locators positioned along the feeding line, you can kick off four different productions on the same diameter, optimizing material utilization and reducing waste.
Equipment
Brushed, measured and certified parts
After cutting, the parts can be brush-deburred inside and out at both ends. A jet of air removes residual shavings for even cleaner results. It then switches to a contact-free measurement and inspection system that measures each part and provides accurate statistics on the entire batch

BLM TWINCUT
The machine is equipped with three unloading positions. Two are dedicated to production
- on the front and rear side of the machine - to separate different lengths
and/or change collection bins without interrupting production.
The third is dedicated to material debris which is collected and removed from the cutting zone using powerful air jets

Energy efficient
Optimum insulation of tunnels, tanks and oven construction. Optimized combustion and ventilation units. Heat recovery systems. Frequency control of motors. Optimized internal heat convention.
Thermo Curing
Thermo curing is most often electrostatically applied by spraying in a booth provided with a recovery system with cyclone or filter only. Often the booth system used is a fast colour change system.
After application the powder is cured in an oven, either infrared or convection or a combination, at approximately 80-220 C.
Environmentally friendly
Combined drying and curing ovens. Oil skimmer and/or separator systems for integration in chemical degreasing tanks. Integrated water saving system. Waste water treatment plants.
